Relationship Anarchy Counseling

Exploring freedom, consent, and care in every connection.

The world calls you too much, too messy, too unconventional.

But your heart knows love isn’t meant to be boxed in.

You long for connections that feels alive, not restricted by outdated rules.

You know that love is abundant and that how we do relationships is how we get free.

Welcome to the love revolution.

My Name Is Dr. V

I’m a Psychologist, revolutionary, and companion in the work of love and liberation.

My practice is grounded in relationship anarchy—a framework for reimagining love beyond hierarchy, ownership, and conformity. It was born from my own journey as an outsider, confronting systems never built for people like me and choosing instead to create pathways of freedom and connection.

This Is A Space for The Uncontained

If you’ve been:

  • That your love or relationship choices didn’t “fit the mold”

  • Pressured to rank or explain your connections to make them legitimate

  • Judged for wanting freedom alongside commitment

  • Dismissed as too much or too radical for loving outside the script

  • Misunderstood for building chosen family, community, or unconventional partnerships

  • Told that love is separate from justice, when you know every relationship is part of collective liberation.

The Love Revolution Approach

For those who are often unseen:

  • People of the global majority navigating racial trauma

  • LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive individuals

  • Practitioners of relationship anarchy and non-traditional

  • Spiritual seekers dismissed by materialist paradigms

  • Activists exhausted from fighting oppressive systems

From Personal Healing to Collective Liberation

What Makes This Different?

I am a trained educator and clinician, bringing both professional rigor and revolutionary vision.

With roots in liberation psychology and the practice of relationship anarchy, my work challenges the hierarchies that shape how we love and connect.

I draw on years of clinical experience to create spaces where therapy is not about fitting into broken systems, but about practicing freedom in real time—through the ways we love, care, and build community.

Welcome to Unruly Love

From Personal Healing to Collective Liberation. Through our work together, you’ll:

  • Reclaim parts of yourself sacrificed for survival

  • Learn to create relationships that nourish freedom

  • Trust the wisdom of your own way of loving, and the power it holds to reshape connection

  • Build community with others who share your vision

  • Transform the way you love into a practice of collective liberation

"Dr. Vallejos is a gift. When I launched Haven Media, a digital platform dedicated to the mental health of women of color through storytelling, Dr. Vallejos was one of the first women I approached to contribute. You can read her piece on self-care on https://www.havenmedia.org/blog. When I asked Dr. Vallejos to speak at the first fundraiser for Haven, she knocked it out of the park. When I asked Dr. Vallejos to speak at Haven's first public event, yet again she showed up and left the room in tears and laughter."
